One reason is that the use of the anti fall device for too long has greatly weakened the elasticity of the steel strip, and the safety rope cannot fully shrink with the help of the elasticity of the steel strip; The second issue is improper use. After using the anti fall device, the safety rope of the device was not fully retracted in a timely manner, which also led to fatigue of the steel strip. The third issue is that the steel strip inside the anti fall device is broken, and the safety rope cannot retract at all.
