Precautions for using fall arrester

1. Before operation, there is no self-locking test on the fall arrester. The correct way is to check whether the up and down functions of the self-locking device are flexible after installing the main rope, and try to lock it for 1-3 times to ensure that the locking function of the fall arrester is in normal state before wearing it. If the locking function of the fall arrester is found to be faulty, it can no longer be used;

   
   

2. During operation, it is forbidden to hang the fall arrester below the construction operation platform, so that in case of danger, the fall arrester cannot be braked in a short time. The correct way is to hang the fall arrester above the operation platform higher than the construction personnel, and ensure that the hanging position is firmly fixed;

3. During the operation, if it is necessary to move back and forth or tilt the operation, it can be tilted within 30 degrees. It is strictly prohibited to tilt the angle more than 30 degrees. In addition, the state of the safety rope should be observed during the operation. When the safety rope is twisted, it should be rotated in time to release the twisting force.
